The staff were helpful, especially when I needed directions to a local chapel. The breakfast view was amazing, especially sipping coffee as the sun rose over the sanctuary.

During my stay, I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of proper communication due to the limited English skills of some dining room staff members. It made ordering meals tedious and time-consuming. Furthermore, the cold cuts served at breakfast were clearly processed and lacked freshness, leading to a monotonous start to each day. It's bewildering that such a well-regarded hotel did not offer a variety of breakfast items, making it incredibly disappointing.

The on-site chapel provided a serene space for quiet reflection and prayer, which was truly special for us.

One downside was the slow Wi-Fi, which was a bit frustrating at times. Also, some breakfast items repeated daily, making it less exciting after a couple of days. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and the location, just a short walk to the Fatima Sanctuary, making it perfect for pilgrims.
